The Advent journey is fast approaching
the intersection of the human and the divine
that turning point where the Christ
comes as a catalyst to bring the two together;
where divine love is offered to humanity
and humanity can embrace the intersecting
or turn away and leave the promise wanting
a response, an embrace denied.
This Christ will arrive as vulnerable as possible
with no protection and little support except
a simple carpenter and his girlfriend and
nothing to lose except life itself.
